Our Store Policies

Please read the following information on our return policy carefully as by making a purchase you agree to the details listed below. 


  • All full-priced returned products will be issued a credit note which can be used online or instore, to the value of the item(s) returned minus shipping costs. This credit note is valid for 12 months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds for returned items. ​​

  • We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

  • Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

  • You need to contact us within 10 days of receiving your item to make a return 

  • Deeva Boutique is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.


  • By making a purchase with us you have accepted the possibility of a slight variation in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly individual depending on monitor setting. 


  • Our returns and faulty goods policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns process: 

  • ​Contact us on (03) 94719422 between the business hours of:

9am to 5:30 pm Monday – Wednesday,

9am to 9pm Thursday and Friday

9am to 5pm Saturday

10am to 5pm Sunday

  • Returns can also be dropped off instore to be assessed if they are eligible to be returned

(shop k4 15 Murray road Preston Northland shopping centre)

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Products purchased on sale

  • Products without their original tags attached

  • Products not received in their original condition

  • Products that on assessment appear worn or smell of body odour, perfume, deodorant or fake tan

  • Products that are marked or damaged in any way 

Returns are processed within 5 business day and you will be contacted with the details of the return.

  • We do NOT offer refunds for change of mind returns. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is deemed to have a major fault by our customer care department, including instances where a style didn't suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to.

  • Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if an item does not meet the conditions above. If items were returned by post you must cover the cost of your return back to us.

  •  if an item is refused return, the items will be returned to the address provided on the original order.
